Biography
Julius Thibodeaux is the Cofounder and Executive Director of Movement4Life (M4L), formerly Advance Peace Sacramento, a community-based organization aimed at ending cyclical and retaliatory gun violence in urban communities. Through his expertise and strategic work, Julius helped lead the city of Sacramento on a historical, 28 month run of no juvenile homicides between 2018-2020. Julius is also the founder and CEO of Beautiful Evolutions, a nonprofit organization designed to compliment community-based organizations like M4L and Advance Peace in areas of like skills education, mentorship, and transformational travel.
Julius wrote Cultivation of the Heart as a guide, a manual of sorts, for those seeking to better understand, navigate and/or engage in the work of cyclical and retaliatory community gun violence reduction.
